How is Gender Inequality Seen in High School Sports?

For my fourth thesis assignment, I created a documentary film based around the inequalities within high school sports. I interviewed two students from our school as well as two coaches. I had them address the topics of participation, support, underappreciation, and the differences between school sports and outside of school sports.. I also discussed what the official gender equity gap was and how that was calculated. In doing this, I hoped to highlight that gender inequality in sports does not only occur in professional sports, but in high school sports as well.
